Return & Refund Policy Modern Essentials Supply(Legally known as Modern Essentials LLC)
At Modern Essentials LLC, we stand to behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a seamless customer experience. Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment cost, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.
However, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may be eligible for a resolution under the following conditions:
- Requests to modernessentialscontactform@gmail.com must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photo andd/or video evidence must be provided showing the issue
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed
If approved, we reserve the right to offer a replacement instead of a refund.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing or expectations
- Minor variations in product appearance
- Delay caused by shipping carriers

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
